New Vine Homes was created in 2014 as a construction company that could bring to life the vision of Farrell Faber and Associates' designs as well as utilize the hybridCore Home technology. New Vine Homes is continually seeking unique homesites where our skills and attributes can be unveiled. In this venture, we are joined by partners Ted Hollen and Jeff Komar who both bring much talent and expertise to our team.
We are pleased to announce that our first project is currently underway in the world-renowned Napa Valley. Located within walking distance of downtown Calistoga and set amid century-old vines, these four homes are sure to compliment an area already famous for its wine, resorts, and spas.
These homes feature dramatic indoor-outdoor living spaces and gourmet kitchens. Flexible spaces include the library (which could be your work at home office) and the family retreat which doubles as a guest bedroom or even spa room. And we've even designed the garage to open to the rear yard and become the wine tasting room!
We are proud that our homes have been honored as the National Modular Housing Council's 2014 Concept Home of the Year and 2015 Home of the Year.
